1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using SuperBI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SuperBI is an AI-powered data visualization and business intelligence platform. We provide tools to connect datasets, generate charts using natural language, and share interactive dashboards.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SuperBI to:

• Upload illegal content or malware.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own the data and content you upload to SuperBI. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Our Property: The SuperBI name, logo, software, and design are the intellectual property of SuperBI and are protected by law.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuperBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
