When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your billing information — we never store credit card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Dataset & Analysis Data

We store the datasets you upload to visualize through SuperBI. Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not access, read, or share your raw datasets except as necessary to provide the AI analysis services you request.

2.3 Usage Analytics

When you or your team use SuperBI, we collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Device type and browser information
• Pages viewed and features used
• AI query history (to improve your specific model context)

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Contract Performance: We process your data to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate Interest: We process usage analytics to improve our product and ensure security.
